Terms and conditions for reviti NASMA referral scheme

These terms and conditions apply to the reviti NASMA referral scheme (the “Offer”) and by making a claim for an Amazon Echo Dot device (the “Reward”) you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before deciding to proceed.

  1. The Offer is being provided by reviti, the trading name of Reviti Limited whose registered office is 20 St Thomas St, London, United Kingdom SE1 9RS (referred to as “reviti”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

  2. These terms and conditions apply to any participant in the Offer, whether as the Referrer (the person who refers reviti to a new customer) or as the Policyholder (the person who takes out a reviti policy as the result of a Successful Referral).

  3. To participate as a Referrer in the Offer, you must be aged 18 or over.

  4. To participate as a Policyholder in the Offer, you must (a) be aged 18 or over; and (b) a resident of the United Kingdom.

  5. You (the Referrer) are eligible to receive a Reward for each Successful Referral you make. Each new Policyholder who takes out a Policy as the result of a Successful Referral will also be eligible to receive the Reward.

  6. A referral will be a “Successful Referral” where:

    1. A new Policyholder purchases a reviti Term Life policy (“Policy”) using promo code NASMA online at www.revitilife.com. A new Policyholder is an individual who : (i) is not an existing customer of reviti, and (ii) is not a previous customer of reviti (ie who has not previously taken out a Policy which has lapsed or been cancelled); and

    2. The Policy is purchased between 00:01 BST on 1 September 2019 and 23:50 BST on 31 August 2020 (“Offer Period”); and

    3. The Policyholder has paid 6 consecutive monthly premium payments for their Policy; and

    4. The Policy is still in force after 6 months since becoming a Policyholder; and

    5. The Policyholder has paid all their monthly premiums in full when they are due; and

    6. The Policy monthly premium is at least £10.

  7. If the Policyholder purchases multiple reviti Term Life policies during the Offer Period the Offer will be applicable only in respect of the first Policy taken out in the Policyholder’s name during the Offer Period.

  8. The Reward will only be posted to UK postal addresses.

  9. reviti will determine at its sole discretion and has final say as to whether a Successful Referral has been made.

  10. reviti will not be liable to compensate you or the Policyholder if you are unable to benefit from this Offer because the Policyholder’s application for a Policy is declined.

  11. In order for you and the Policyholder to both receive a Reward, after the Policy has been purchased and the policy documents have been received by the Policyholder, you (as Referrer) must:

    1. Email [email protected] with the Policyholder’s full name, policy number and email address

    2. Include within the emailyour full name and UK postal address so we know where to send your Reward

    3. Make sure the subject of the email is NASMA.

  12. The Policyholder consents to the Referrer emailing reviti with their full name, policy number and email address in order that the Referrer and the Policyholder may both achieve a Successful Referral. For further information about how and why we use your data and who we share your data with, as well as further information about your rights, please see our Privacy Notice.

  13. Once a Successful Referral has been made, we will email both you and the Policyholder to confirm fulfilment details of your respective Rewards to the email addresses designated by you to us in writing, and by the Policyholder at time of purchasing a Policy.

  14. Qualifying Referrers will be sent an email within 5-7 working days of receipt by reviti of the Policyholder's 6th monthly premium to confirm the Referrer’s UK postal address ahead of reviti fulfilling the Reward.

  15. Please note the Policyholder's Reward will be sent to the UK postal address held on our records for the Policyholder. If the Policyholder changes any of their contact details, including their email address or postal address they must notify Scottish Friendly (telephone 0333 3235433) to ensure that the Reward is sent to the correct postal address.

  16. reviti reserves the right to substitute the Reward with another Echo device or item of equal value to the Reward at time of fulfilling the Reward.

  17. The Offer is not sponsored by, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Amazon.

  18. The Reward may not be sold, transferred, auctioned or used for commercial gain.

  19. reviti is not responsible for any Reward that is lost or delayed in transmission.

  20. reviti accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, liabilities or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of you participating in the Offer or use of the Reward.

  21. reviti further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Offer.

  22. reviti shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. 

  23. reviti reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this Offer and/or Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason and without prior notice or explanation. This includes terminating the Offer Period early.

  24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
